Returns and exchanges: any request must be notified beforehand through our email address to enable the process of your request, only up to the 14th day following the delivery. We decline any responsibility in case of other initiative taken by the customer.
In case of a partial redemption (requested by the customer), if the final order amount is below the thresold of free-shipping, shipping costs applying for an one-item order will be deducted from the redemption.
